Kinda a cluster

To be perfectly honest I am not really sure what happened today.  I ended up breaking even, but ended up way above EV.  I just looked at the four biggest hands I lost and they were AK on a A64 vs 66, J5 on a A55 vs 45, and KJ on a K26 in position on the mark at the table who bets everystreet with nohthing, unluckily for me he potted that flop with QJ, then potted the turn with a picked up straight draw, then got there.  The last one was me having KK vs 66 and the guy calling the flop and the turn to hit runner runner straight.

Besides that I lost a bunh of half stackers which always hurts.  Luckily I won my fair share too so I ended up even on the day over 3700 hands.  It was kinda dissapointing as I wanted to start out with a good win to being the month but Ill take the volume and it could be worse than breakin even.

3700/25k, I should have no problem getting there.  I plan on knocking out at least 5k more tommorrow, leaving just 17k hands for the other 5 days.  I can do this no problem, but I want to tell myself I will no longer look at HEM mid day.  It kinda pissed me off that I did it today so I am staying away from it and just going to do exactly what worked for me in February, with a bit longer sessions, thats all.

I feel like there is a bunch of stuff going on in my brain that I need to let out but at the time its just not coming to me.  For the same reasons I have thought about making this blog private so that I can go into a few more details about my life but for the moment I am gonna hold off.

Just a few more months until the move to portland and the ensuing job hunt takes place.  I am pretty worried about finding a suitable job that I like, but kinda relieved that I know I can play poker at the same time to survive and pay bills.

My mind is too jambled right now for this blog so I will try to get some ideas out organized and get them on here sometime in the next few days.

Until then, 5k tomorrow, ill update afterwards. 700hands/hr= 7.15hrs.  Doable.

Kevin
